Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth by engaging prospective students and converting qualified leads into enrollments for UG and PG programs across partner universities.
• Build, manage, and nurture a strong sales pipeline through structured follow-ups via calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and academic partners to ensure seamless onboarding and a superior post-enrollment experience.

Job Type: Work from Office

Location: Sector 2, Noida, UP

Eligibility: Final Year Students (Batch of 2026) from all courses can apply.

•  Identify potential clients in the startup and SME ecosystem, qualify leads, and initiate contact.
• Pitch StartupFlora's services and solutions, addressing client needs and building lasting relationships.
• Drive sales efforts to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
