₹35,000/month CTC during the 3-month probation period
₹4.8 LPA CTC post probation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through trade portals to expand into new markets and engage with existing clients to grow accounts.
• Conduct market research, analyze distributor sales data, and create strategies to increase profitability.
• Lead growth initiatives, coordinate with operations for timely order fulfillment, and run global marketing campaigns.

Eligibility: 
Graduates (batch 2026) from the following courses:
1.⁠ ⁠Bcom(P)
2.⁠ ⁠Bcom(H) 
3.⁠ ⁠Eco(H)
4.⁠ ⁠B.A. Program (Economics)

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a genuine interest in business development and working in a fast-paced environment.
