The Placement Cell of P.G.D.A.V. College serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world. Apart from bringing various companies to the campus, the placement cell also organizes talks, study abroad seminars, internship opportunities and workshops for the collective student body.
In doing so, we ensure that we fulfil our primary focus of providing a helping hand to students in their initial step into the world of work, thereby creating a legacy. In our desire to be the best we have always believed in building everlasting bonds with our corporate partners. Excellence they say flows beyond boundaries and we at P.G.D.A.V. A warm welcome to all of you to an institute of excellence called PGDAV college. This prestigious institute got its existence in the year 1957 and since then has been providing qualified, innovative and dynamic undergraduates to the government and corporate sector. I hope to convey the passion and enthusiasm that both staff and students bring to you, and all that they do here, making the college a wonderful place to learn.
The college offers a variety of courses that attracts some of the best talents in the country. In addition to the courses offered, the college offers co-curricular activities which plays a major role in overall personality development of students. PGDAV college comprises of a strong and an intelligent student community as well as a dedicated faculty working towards adhering to college’s principles of commitment and sincerity.
The college has added umpteen feathers to its crown during the last few years through the efforts made by the principal, faculty and the students and has a rich tradition of soaring high with academic excellence and overall personal growth of the students as well.
At PGDAV, it is believed that it is the education and its system that makes the country great, strong and developed and so, the philosophy of college education is translated into a mission of creating wholesome personality of the students with a view to produce better employees with modern attitude, practical wisdom, knowledge and skill relevant to enable them to move forward confidently.
