About the Company: Letters for Change is an initiative by Mahika Mishra Foundation - a non-profit organization. LFC is an entirely student-run initiative that helps children to build confidence to express themselves through handwritten letters.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Relations:
•You will manage a team of interns built for raising funds. 
•You will manage the Crowdera account of our organization which includes running and managing campaigns on it.

2. Human Resource:
• You will conduct the orientation of newly hired interns and send them their offer letters immediately after.
•You will update the google sheets when new interns join and any intern leaves.
•You will regularly upload the letters and certificates to the drive.

3. Marketing Manager:
•Keep a check on the accuracy and consistency of the messages delivered to the public.
•You will maintain an online presence by managing the Instagram handle of our organization.

4. Graphic designer:
•You will create and document all the designs while ensuring it conforms to the brand guidelines.
•You will design logos, posters, brochures and, templates for varied posts.

5. Finance Manager:
•You will manage the relationship with the auditor.
•You will maintain compliance with regulatory affairs.
•You will prepare the annual budget and plan.

6. Operations Manager:
•Your role will not be restricted to any specific domain. 
•You will be the eyes and ears of our executive director. 
•You should have a clear understanding of the functioning of all the departments. 

Duration: 2 Months

Internship Type: Work from Home

Joining: Immediate 

Eligibility: Students from all the courses and all the years can apply

Selection Procedure: Applicants will go through a 2-day hiring process which will be a combination of a few tasks and meets.

Students registering and not turning up for the internship will be BLACKLISTED from ALL further internship.
