Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Sales Intern:
• Preparing a list of B2B clients as per the guidance.
• Writing cold emails and making cold calls.
• Reaching out to the clients and pitching about FundCorps.
• Arranging for a meeting between the client and FundCorps CEO meeting.
• Participating in efforts to increase the number of crowdfunding entrepreneurs and campaign volunteers. 

2. HR Intern:
• Preparing JDs to post on various hiring platforms.
• Preparing a list of colleges and job portals to hire employees/students from.
• Reaching out to colleges and initiating talks about hiring.
• Posting JDs on various hiring portals.
• Conducting interviews online with the candidates who apply.
• Completing the candidate onboarding process. 

Eligibility: Students from all the courses and years can apply. 

Duration: 3 months (Minimum) 

Timings:
• Business Development and Sales Intern: 4 to 8 hours per day
• HR Intern: 4 to 6 hours per day

• Must have the ability to convert a client positively.
