Roles and Responsibilities: 
1. Content Designer
• Assisting in business playbook creation and writing content for social media media accounts.
• Making sure relevant content is being put out publicly. The content should not be outdated and random.
• Producing content that has been fact-checked, plagiarism-checked, and grammar-checked. The final output must be error free and must satisfy the business goals.
• Creating content that contributes towards attaining the business goals of the brand.

2. Business Analyst
• Providing all the necessary details about the business to the parties concerned.
• Finding the right investors, modifying & updating the pitch deck as per requirements over time.
• Developing strategies to solve problems arising in the due course of the business.
• Monitoring the functions of other departments and ensuring that they coordinate with each other well.

3. Research Analyst
• Conducting primary and secondary research and creating reports of our surveys.
• Deciding on entry strategies, competitive landscape, and product positioning.
• Brainstorming several aspects of the business concerning the R&D of our product,Ozigen.
• Finalizing table of contents/scope/structure of the market research studies and assuming responsibility for the end report in terms of quality and deadlines.

4. Human Resource Manager
• Implementing strategies to increase the number of internship applications.
• Reaching out to the interested applicants.
• Shortlisting interns and scheduling interview calls with them.
• Taking interviews of qualified candidates.

5. Digital Account Manager
• Handling creators social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Additionally you might have to handle other socials as well.
• Creating a content calendar.
• Posting content on the accounts as per the content calendar.
• Documenting data insights on Google sheets.

Duration: 2 months
