• Handling employees, adequate induction, training process, and working with all departments in a company
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, monthly and weekly plans, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Scheduling and Tracking the Shortlisted Candidates until they join.

2. Graphic Designing
• Planning concepts based on relevant information
• Preparing finished designs like posters, advertisements, logos, social media posts, and promotions by operating necessary software.
• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
• Create brochure, poster and flyer design
