• Researching the needs of prospects and contact them via social media, email or phone to pitch Fabuprr’s wellness and career solutions.
• Counseling and analyzing the suitable candidates for the courses/training programs.
• Creating awareness about the wellness solutions and training programs using various digital medium like Facebook, Quora, LinkedIn, etc.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects and customers.
• Collaborating with colleges, brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs to promote products and services.
2. Creative Intern
• Creating catchy creative content such as social media posts, videos, memes, banner, thumbnails etc.
• Developing branding and marketing materials such as brochures, logo, video, banner, posters, etc.
• Editing images, audio and video content.
3. Digital Content Creator
• Creating and editing podcasts, videos, audiobooks, and other digital content.
• Collaborating with students, marketers, entrepreneurs, brands, etc. and pitch them for sponsored posts.
• Promoting Fabuprr’s digital content on digital media platforms.
4. Career Counselor
• Counselling and analyzing the suitable candidates for the courses/training programs.
• Creating awareness about Fabuprr’s solutions or training programs using various digital social media platforms.
• Looking after the training of candidates by taking charge of processes like allocating tasks and deadlines, designing modules, interacting with students on the behalf of mentors, briefing them the tasks, keeping in contact with the trainees, and reviewing their performance and giving suitable feedback.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborating with colleges, brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs.
5. Social Media & Brand Management
• Researching and gathering data on consumers and competitors to help Fabuprr market its products and services.
• Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and customer behaviors.
• Converting the gathered data into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Designing promotional campaigns and social media strategies for new products and markets.
• Managing Fabuprr’s official social media handles and creating marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborating with brands, influencers, and entrepreneurs to promote our brands.
6. Human Resources
• Managing the complete recruitment, onboarding, and exit process, including identifying the right talents for the brand.
• Managing the internal and external communication between the upper management and other interns, colleges, applicants, etc.
• Handling college relations and initiating sourcing and internship programs.
• Working on employer branding using various social media platforms to market the brand and attract the best talent.
• Working on preparing a variety of correspondence and departmental forms and reviewing, editing, and formatting drafts and finalized materials to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and complying with policies and procedures.

For Human Resources: 3 months (minimum)

• Conceptualizing
ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements.
• Creating character
sketches for new animations based on design briefs.
• Developing
storyboards for animation projects.
• Developing timing
and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements.
2. Graphic Designer:
• Create and design various materials for digital and print.
• Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
• Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company.
• Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
3. Motion Graphic Designer:
• Conceptualizing
ideas for scenes, backgrounds and other motion elements.
• Developing
storyboards for complex projects.
• Designing
backgrounds, sets and other elements of the environment.
• Developing timing
and pacing of motion, based on audio requirements.
4. Video Editor:
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
