Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Content Writing Intern:
• Conduct research for data stories, campaigns, blogs, articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos etc. Support the design team with the development of infographics and related content for promoting the product on social media or helping clients with onboarding.
• Proofread and edit multiple content pieces before publication.
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, and all social media platforms.
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics that will help improve engagement.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Update website content as needed.

2. Outreach and Engagement Intern:

• Identify new NGOs for collaboration.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to corporate clients, the public, government, and other external sources. 
• Work on introducing new ideas for physical and virtual volunteering events and generating good quality content to drive engagement. 
• Provide support/assistance to Nonprofits and Corporate Clients in creating the instances on the SHR platform.
• Design and create DIY volunteering opportunities which will engage corporate employees and citizens.
• Reach out to corporate employees who have registered as volunteers and send details about our events.

3. Design Intern:

• Design clear engaging graphic communications for print and web. This will include marketing /communication brochures, direct mail pieces, website and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.
• Conduct research for blogs, articles, newsletters, social media posts, etc. Collect quantitative and qualitative data to inform and monitor content marketing strategy and efforts, support co-creation of written, image and video content.
• Take complete ownership of SHR's visual identity and branding, review and renew SHRs brand strategy.
