Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as an HR consultant to optimise existing working strategies in the domain
• Supports organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and
interviewing program.
• Building a talent pipeline for TechCurators by conducting hiring drives
• Prepares employee for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training
programs
