Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development Associate:
• Being the face of Krayonnz on your campus and establishing the brand in your college and getting students on board Krayonnz.
• Building up and managing a team of 30 interns across different colleges in India.
• A leader is as good as his/her team and a team is as good as a leader. So being a leader you will have to lead and show how tasks are done by first doing it yourself.
• Developing campus-specific marketing and outreach programs/campaigns.
• Will be responsible to build good rapport with students.

2. Business Growth (Influencer Marketing):

• Collaborating with influencers on different social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube).
• Negotiating with the influencers on a daily basis to get the best rates.
• Managing, launching and executing different campaigns and initiatives.
• Build and track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
• Crack minimum 15 deals in a month.

3. Senior Business Development Associate:
• You will be a leader who will lead the way and would help your BDAs in strategizing, planning and execution. 
• Being a leader you will have to lead and show how the tasks mentioned in the profile of BDA are done by first doing it yourself.

4. Social Media Marketing Intern:

• On the Daily bases you have to Create at least two posts on the trending themes and at least 6 of your posts should go live in a week
• Creating posts for our Instagram, LinkedIn, and facebook handle.
• Managing the social media calendar. (one month prior calendar).
• Monitor various social media platforms and work on maximizing reach.
• Tracking monthly changes in social media statistics and adjusting the strategy accordingly.

5. Note Creator Intern:

• Upload 2+ notes every day on a daily basis.
• A single note should be 3 to 8 pages. Focus more on topics. None of these notes would be Free. There would be a min price of INR 1 and it could be greater if you feel so.
• Notes should be very clear, beautifully written and nicely covering the topic. These notes should be having proper title, description, subject and tags (important terms and keywords) of what it has.
• All these notes should mandatorily have a 20s - 30s audio explanation of the same.
• These notes cannot be withdrawn or deleted as these would be part of the creator internship program.
