About The Company: Goodlives is a bootstrap startup trying to create more awareness about mental health issues and provide online counselors/psychologists to people having trouble dealing with life (depression, anxiety, etc.) GoodLives aims at making mental health treatment more accessible.

Stipend: INR 2,000 per month (Total stipend of INR 8,000 will be paid post the completion of internship).


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Marketing:
• Manageing the company’s social media accounts for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and post content.
• Creating user engaging content and post on other social media platforms like Medium, Tumblr, etc. (infographics, posts, blogs).
• Brainstorming campaign ideas to generate leads.
• Analysing analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
• Understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
2. Human Resource Intern:
• Strategising, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Designing & successfully implementing Campus Ambassador program.
• Coordinating with other students & team members to spread mental health awareness & take new initiatives for social media marketing.
3. Public Relations:
• Creating and curating engaging content and distribute press releases.
• Editing and updating promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.).
• Effectively utilizing the company’s social media and blogs.
• Developing PR campaigns, media relations strategies and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
4. Program Manager:
• Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
• Maintaining organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Designing & successfully implementing Campus Ambassador program.

• Creating Talent Pipeline by Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Calling/Cold calling candidates to find relevant prospects out of bulk databases or pools/ job portals, screening and shortlisting them for further rounds of interview.
