• Prepare a working model & final plan of action & hence conduct those activities as a part of general public awareness/ Initiative to spread awareness on ‘Financial Well Being’ for prospects by identifying their needs. 
• Provide & develop Financial portfolio & suggest solutions to prospects basis their requirements & financial goals. 
• To learn, gain & update self regarding the rich learning in Wealth management avenues of Mutual funds, Life insurance, General insurance & overall 360* Financial planning, as imparted by the company. 
• Organize timely & regular Online connect with the prospect & to ensure a satisfactory approach & guidance throughout the association. 
• To work on promoting various projects of Digital marketing, Corporate marketing & Retirement project of the company by putting best efforts & thus adding value to the assigned work.
• To share regular communications with prospects regarding market trends, information, research & investment material of the company.

• Continuously identify new and emerging influencers 
• Negotiate and get new influencers onboard 
• Take a strategic approach to building and executing Influencer partnerships.
• Working on content including the development of ideas, writing and creating it.
• Making research of the target audience, closest competitors, experts
• Looking for new approaches of how to improve follower count of the talents.
• Act as a mentor to the influencers and help them grow their followers. 
• Following the latest trends in marketing trends, influencer marketing, technology, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Content Writer 
• Preparing engaging and humorous scripts.

2. Finance Executive 
• Prepare and process invoices.
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Accounting and book keeping needs to be done on a regular basis.
• Income tax & GST

3. Research Assoicate
• Keeping abreast with the recent market trends and reaching out to the relevant influencers. Trying to find new ways of reaching out to influencers and getting their details.
• Identifying new influencers and adding them to the existing database.
• Maintaining the hygiene of the database; the name, contact number, email address, number of followers, pricing, etc. should be up to date.
• Keeping a track of talents being managed by different agencies in the market

4. Copywriter
• Interpreting creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive  copy concepts. 
• Writing crisp and compelling content. 
• Intensive research and ability to conduct competitor analyses to get in-depth  understanding of the client’s business. 
• Writing engaging scripts for long as well as short video formats.

• Must have a bundle of robust content ideas to help us visualise 
future content for Instagram and Youtube.
• Must stay updated with trends at all times on all social platforms.
• Must be able to write humorous scripts.

2. Finance Executive
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally and Quickbooks ) 
• Self-starter who can work effectively with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

3. Copywriter
• Able to clearly express complex ideas in written form; skilled at adapting language,  format, and style for various brands. 
• Attention to detail, strong writing, editing, and grammar skills, including the ability to  detect and correct errors. 
• Highly creative and goal-oriented.
