Profile Offered: (CMO) Chief Marketing Officer (Marketplace)


Stipend: INR 15,000 per month


Roles and Responsibilities:  

•Planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy.
• Managing the entire online presence Including but not limited to Digital Marketing.
• Brainstorming on new and growth-oriented strategies.
•Researching/Analyse on user base & different geographies. 


Eligibility: Third year students from all the courses.


Duration: 3 months


Location: Gurugram


Internship Type: Work from office


Joining: Immediate 


Skills Required:
• Passion for gaming is plus.
• Understanding of  E-commerce/Marketplace structures & functionalities.
• Understanding of Metaverse, blockchain, NFTs, Esports, Gaming, Online Gaming.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement & Experience Intern
• Ideate, plan and execute innovative employee engagement initiatives.
• Design interactive communication for HR events and streamlined communication.
• Stay connected with all teams to gauge the pulse and assess the need for various interventions.
• Create and execute monthly and quarterly calendar for various initiatives as per the need. 

2. Learning & Development Intern
• Contribute in planning talent development initiatives and programs.
• Manage Netomi’s LMS by creating and assigning courses to employees as needed.
• Create content for e-learning courses and instructor led training, as required.
• Execute learning interventions as per scheduled timelines.
• Design communication for internal marketing of various initiatives.
• Maintain and present learning related dashboards and analytics. 


Eligibility: Students from 3rd year (Batch 2022) from the following courses: 
• B.com (Prog.)
• B.com (Hons.)
• B.Sc. (Hons.) Statistics
• B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics
• B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science
• B.A. (Hons.) Economics
• B.A. (Hons.) English
• Or students pursuing courses with English as a major subject 


Duration: 6 months 


Timings: 8-9 hours per day 


Internship Type: Work from home 


Joining: Immediate 


Skills Required:
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets and Canva or similar platforms.
• Creative, with a knack for understanding talent needs.
