Roles and Responsibilities: 
1. Social Media Marketing
• Organizing marketing campaigns over social media platforms.
• Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
• Scheduling social media posts using applications.
• Creating budget plans, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
• Creates and distributes engaging written or graphics contained in the form of newsletters, web pages, and blog content, or social media messages.
2. Content Writing
• Write long-form compelling blog/articles.
• Create Creative Caption/Taglines for Social Media.
• Moderate brand presence on forums.
• Create strategic content marketing ideas and strategies.
• Analyze the performance of existing content.
• Create graphics and videos that support written content.
3. Marketing & Research
• Collecting qualitative as well as quantitative data from past marketing campaigns.
• Performing competitive analysis and market analysis.
• Managing and updating customer relationship management systems (CRM) as well as company databases.
• Preparing promotional presentations.
• Helping in the distribution of marketing materials.
• Assisting with advertising and marketing promotions by using web forums, social media, and direct mail.
• Collect data on consumers, competitors, and the marketplace.
• Calling customers to promote products/services, collecting feedback, arranging seminars/sessions/workshops, etc. 

4. Human Resources
• Performance in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
• Sourcing candidates from job portals.
• Collecting necessary documents and onboarding the resource to the employee database. 


Eligibility: Students of first year (Batch 2024) and second year (Batch 2023) from all the courses 


Timings: 2-3 hours per day 


Internship Type: Work from home

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Retention:
• Customer success with increased app use with successive follow up
• Focus on customer referrals
• Online reputation management
• Transition from In- active to active
• Fostering customer loyalty and long term client relationships with CRM database management.
• Driving innovative engagement models to retain customers.
• Educating customers about new features with in the app and getting them to use more.

2. Customer Experience and Support:
• Take ownership of customer issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and see them through resolution with relevant teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with inter departmental co-ordination.
• Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
• Report feedback in CRM.
• Customer ticketing management and resolution.
• Document knowledge in the form of solution articles / FAQ's.
• Master the use of helpdesk software.
