Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Community Lead Project
• Working laterally across multiple domains such as Product, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales while gaining exposure to cross-functional teams and building a strong network within the organization.
• Managing your domain database and addressing student queries.
• Building and managing a network of 50 -100 dedicated community builders across India
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of metrics set for CB and designing the leaderboard to reward the best performing CB. 

2. Corporate Relations
• Building and improving relationships with B2B clients.
• Creating channels to onboard and engage corporate partners
• Design and implement a relationship management routine to connect, follow up and maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
• Educate and inform clients about the company’s value proposition.

• Understanding of client’s business to be able to create data models for training AI BOTs
• Creating training data sets to train AI BOTs
• Leverage multiple crowdsourcing strategies to collect training and test data for DL models and help with cleansing, filtering and messaging those data
• Preparing and executing test sets to test AI BOTs post training.
• Analyzing user conversations with AI bots and preparing reports on AI performance, sharing suggestions for improvement.
• Enhancing and maintaining the quality of AI model over time, with continuous learning of AI BOTs from user feedback, agent feedback and live user conversations.
