Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing
• Produce content for newsletters, blogs, landing pages etc
• Expand our digital footprint with value content
• Analyse and Report on social media performance 
• Collaborate with design teams to generate unique digital marketing campaigns 
• Keyword research and Use SEO for web traffic 

2. Business Development
• Work closely with the Partnerships Lead on finding new business opportunities
• Develop partner relationships, carry out market research and activate the existing supply
• Understand and solve operational hassles in the way for the team

3. Operations 
• Identify problem statements across different quality levers
• Come up with solutions to drive implementation 
• Enable internal operational agility 
• Build strong relationships with multiple stake holders

4. Community Management
• Work with founding team and build communities from scratch
• Manage and take ownership of our existing WhatsApp and Email communities
• Build & maintain relations with members and keep growing your network
• Explore, Analyze, Improve and execute based on research and past performances

5. Graphic Designing 
• Brainstorming and implementing campaign ideas 
• Create graphics/videos for social media, blog posts, client pitches
• Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Preparing and sharing daily & weekly reporting on graphic performance

6. Research
• Work with the founding team on felicitating various primary & secondary research
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data about the real estate and tech ecosystems
• Structuring the data, building the story and presenting it in the most beautiful manner
