1. Human Resource Intern
• Reaching out to good candidates proactively on LinkedIn, etc. based on specified criteria.
• Sending out assignments and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Coordinating with the necessary teams internally to keep them updated on the progress or clarify any questions.
• Coordinating with HR Manager to complete daily tasks

2. Digital Marketing Intern
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

3. Content Writing Intern
• Research and write industry-related topics.
• Promote content on social media.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).

4. Market Research Intern
• Identify prospective clients through market research for the international market
• Research, identify, and find contacts of key decisions makers within these client organizations
• Assist the inside sales team in conducting targeted email campaigns to reach key decision-makers in target companies
• Lead pre-sales engagements and become the first interface between clients and us.

5. Graphic Design Intern
• Developing concepts and graphics and layouts for products, product brochures, company branding, websites, etc.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Test graphics across various media. Amend designs after feedback.

6. Public Relations intern
• Supporting the PR manager in implementing the company’s PR strategy.
• Providing assistance to the PR manager with the scheduling and organizing of events.
• Giving input on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve the company’s public image.
• Monitoring of media coverage on events and media releases that were issued and creating press clippings.

7. Sales Intern
• Develop a thorough understanding of the market and generate key insights for the sales team to act upon
• Identifying partnership associations, journals, and conferences for GlobalFair to attend/sponsor. Leverage these forums to generate traction and order.
• Engage with potential customers at CXO or Managerial Level, build relationships and move them further into the sales funnel
• Generate strong traction hitting multiple orders in a month (Average order value >$25000/order)
• Develop a strategic understanding of buyers and suppliers for lead categories

8. Business Development Intern
• Help BD in curating supply networks to fulfill  key client requirements
•  Develop a detailed strategic understanding of buyers and supplier markets for lead categories
•  Curate pricing matrices, vendor management green book for the company
•  Build pricing for new market segments, do a thorough supplier market overview for new business verticals

Eligibility: 2nd Year (Batch 2023) and 3rd Year (Batch 2022) Students from all the courses.
