About The Company: Outbook is an early stage startup with a team of McKinsey alumni building P2P learning communities to empower school students get introduced to new skills from an early age. Their mission is to help kids in India and beyond get democratised access to holistic growth and a peer learning community.


Profiles Offered:
• Content Lead
• Strategy and Business Operations
• Community Manager
• Product Manager- Debating Community


Stipend: INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Content Lead
• Writing and editing scripted content that comes in from students, facilitators or external learning resources
• Maintaining brand sanity across all written and graphic work
• Manage the process between all stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of high-quality content.

2. Strategy and Business Operations
• Actively contribute towards problem identification and resolution for overall improvement & optimisation.
• End to end ownership and implementation of projects for company wide initiatives.
• Identify and lead strategic partnership with organisations that can assist us in our mission.
• Conduct data driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations

3. Community Manager
• Engage with members and moderate user-generated content in the Debating & Public Speaking Club.
• Conduct activities in the form of moderated discussions, expert-led sessions, mini-competitions or any other engaging activities.
• Provide feedback to the students, judge their submissions and curate learning content for them.

4. Product Manager- Debating Community
• Create and lead the program for our Public Speaking and Debating Club to support our mission.
• Create engagement activities in the form of moderated discussions, expert-led sessions, competitions or any other engaging activities.
• Coordinate with the moderation team to ensure a safe and positive environment in our club.


Eligibility: Second Year (Batch of 2023) and Third Year (Batch of 2022) students from all the courses.


Duration: 2-3 Months


Internship Type: Work from Home


Joining: Immediate


Skills Required:
1. Content Lead
• Prior experience in content creation/curation, scriptwriting or social media management is preferred.

2. Strategy and Business Operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Community Manager
• Experience in managing communities/societies in your college or on social media.
• Have been doing debating, MUN or Public Speaking in college for at least 2 years
• Operational understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, etc.)

4. Product Manager- Debating Community
• Have been part of college clubs or other communities having synergies with our vision for the clubs.
• Relevant experience in debating or public speaking.

TECH ANALOGY

Profile Offered: Business Operations Executive


Stipend: INR 2,000 per month (Fixed) + Upto INR 8,000 per month (Performance Based)


Roles and Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Training of Campus Ambassadors from Universities across the country. 
• Market research for developing business and market penetration strategies. 
•  Leading Expansions in New Markets to get a higher target audience and handle the operations for the same.
• Continuous improvement on conversion rates by fine-tuning of sales pitches and working on the loopholes in the modus operandi. 
• Manifesting and curating the logistics for Technical/Non-Technical challenges.


Eligibility: First Year Students (2023) and Third Year Students (2022) from all the courses


Additional Criteria: Minimum 70% or Equivalent CGPA in class 10th and 12th


Duration: Minimum 2 months

• Channel Marketing Intern
• Channel Development Intern
• Digital Marketing Intern

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Channel Marketing:
• Targeting specific channels to promote products and services, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.
• Analysing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
• Determining which platforms to advertise on and adapting campaigns accordingly.
• Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.

2. Channel Development:
• Develops relationships and structures partnerships with channel partners.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
• Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners.

3. Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Duration: 3 Months

Internship Type: Work from Office

Location: Corporate Office, Sec-61, Gurgaon

Joining: Immediate

Eligibility: First year (Batch of 2023) and Third year (Batch of 2022) students from all courses.

Selection Procedure: Face to Face Interview in the Office.

Note:
1. It’ll be work from office on alternate days and remaining days will be work from home.
