Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Business Development
• Maintaining sales pipeline and taking thorough follow-up with prospects.
• Conducting individual/group discussions (Face to Face as well as online) for selling the concept/idea
• Selling our key products and technology solutions to SMEs/MSMEs and end-users.

2. Human Resource
• Assesses clients’ needs and accordingly makes recommendations and solutions.
• Study various HR topics, then organize and present your findings.
• Update databases and records with new and old employee information, including contact details and employment forms in GreyHR Portal.
 • Assist with all aspects of recruiting including posting, screening, interviews, checks, offers, and onboarding.
