Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Marketing:
- Working closely with the Brand Lead and devising social media strategies 
- Handling social media platforms and creating engaging content and copies 
- Assisting the design team and launching targeted brand campaigns.

2. Business Development/Operations:
- Working closely with the Partnerships Lead on finding new business opportunities
- Developing partner relationships, doing market research and activating the existing supply
- Understanding and solving operational hassles in the way for the team.

3. Research:
- Work with the founding team on felicitating various primary & secondary research
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data about the real estate and tech ecosystems
- Structuring the data, building the story and presenting it in the most beautiful manner

4. Content: 
- Working closely with the Content Lead and generating high quality content
- Understanding the overall concept of the company and its target audience
- Ensuring all-around consistency (brand tone, narrative, hierarchy etc.)

5. Graphic:
- Brainstorming and implementing campaign ideas 
- Create graphics/videos for social media, blog posts, client pitches
- Ensuring all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
