1. Human Resource Intern

• Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates - Initial screening.
• Preparing HR-related reports when needed.
• Participating in organizing the company meetings.
• Screening resumes and application forms.
• Coordinating orientations for new hires.
• Preparing and sending LOA and LOR.

2. Content Writing Intern

• Producing well-researched content.
• Communicating and cooperating with the content development team and
other departments.
• Developing related content for multiple platforms, such as websites and social media etc.
• Proofread and edit posts before publication.
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone).
• Preparing SOPs and LORs.

• Establishing and guiding the website's architecture.
• Update and edit website content, posts and pages.
• Managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
