Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
• Monitoring & boosting social media content.
• Brainstorming digital campaigns with Social Media and Design Heads.
• Devising the monthly social media calendar and planning implementation timeline.
• Facilitating collaborations and partnerships with recognized influencers.
• Preparing a weekly report on social media engagement to gauge engagement metrics.

2. Client Relation Management
• Acting as a liaison between clients and therapist partners by facilitating communication and exchange of information between them. 
• Delivering efficiency in Untangle's operations through sustained effort on a daily schedule. 
• Building trust based lasting relationships with stakeholders. 
• Providing inputs and learnings accumulated through third party interactions. 

3. Graphic Designing
• Create and curate graphics for social media and website.
• Ideate on the brief given by the content team to brainstorm the illustration. 
• Incorporating feedback from the team to improve the graphic designing process. 
• Work closely with the Head of Design to draw out the graphic designing strategy.
