1. Equity Research
• Identification of opportunities and ideas that are investible and preparing a detailed 
research on the niche sector allotted using top down research approach.
• Student will be given set of deliverables every week with a deadline.

2. Derivative Research
The project will be administered through live webinars in which their research team will interact with the student researchers and provide them the requisite guidance and know-how to carry out the project.

Duration: 
1. Winter Project- Commencement in December 2020.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Select, train and supervise volunteers who would like to start a new ZFI chapter in their city (PAN INDIA).
● Help them set up a team and then lead, motivate, and grow that team.
● Manage their weekly programs and strategize process improvements remotely.
● Maintain constant communication with the city team to ensure proper implementation of the operations.
● Address all their doubts and take virtual calls with the volunteers. (once a week)
● Accountable for the city's success and ensure operational activities remain on time
