Roles and Responsibilities:
The intern will play a pivotal role in helping provide an excellent experience to all the staff applicants. In this process, the intern will have the opportunity to understand the Staff hiring process of Teach For India from end to end and work with multiple stakeholders within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:

An ideal candidate will- 

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have the ability to manage time well
• Get things done well, with limited or no supervision, and within established timelines
• Learn quickly
• Maintain a high degree of attention to detail
• Have the ability to adapt to and handle constant changes 

Internship Type: Work from home.

Duration: 3-6 Months

• Create a detailed sourcing plan - research new avenues to source applications for the Fellowship, initiate action based on this research in the form of dialogues and partnerships.
• Create pathways to engage with the high potential registrations they get a week on week at the Fellowship Recruitment Team.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Willingness to engage in phone calls/ in-person meetings 
• Comfort with constantly changing scenarios and a high-stress environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
