Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Intern

• Drive lead generation and client acquisition in the education sector through marketing campaigns, outreach, and product demos.

• Manage CRM, track conversions, analyze competitors, and support content creation and lead follow-ups.

2. Business Development Intern

• Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and support client acquisition, B2B partnerships, and pitch development.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing to boost lead conversion and drive initiatives to expand EDUKON’s client base and product reach.

3. HR Intern

• Support hiring, onboarding, engagement, and internal communication for sales, marketing, and business roles.

• Align talent acquisition with business goals, coordinate culture-building activities, and track employee KPIs and performance metrics.

4. Finance Intern

• Assist in pricing analysis, revenue forecasting, P&L tracking, and financial modelling for sales and BD proposals.

• Prepare performance dashboards, support budgeting for growth strategies, and review ROI on marketing and BD initiatives.

5. Business Analytics Intern

• Analyze client behaviour, lead data, and engagement trends; build dashboards and use predictive analytics for sales and BD forecasting.

• Conduct market research, refine audience segmentation, and evaluate CRM data to enhance lead nurturing strategies.

6. Operations Intern

• Streamline sales and BD support processes and oversee client onboarding, logistics, and project delivery.

• Document SOPs, coordinate cross-department efforts, and identify bottlenecks in lead-to-delivery workflows.
