Roles and Responsibilities:
1. HR Intern
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR-related tasks.

2. Digital Marketing Intern
• Develop campaigns, create, and schedule engaging posts.
• Track trends, optimize reach, and collaborate with influencers.
• Stay updated and assist in basic design & video editing

3. Content Creator Intern
• Shoot engaging Reels, ads, and temple vlogs on astrology & puja topics.
• Craft compelling stories using transitions, captions, and effects.
• Stay updated on spiritual trends and experiment with viral formats.

Skills Required:
1. HR Intern
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations.

2. Digital Marketing Intern
• Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
• Basic marketing analytics, performance tracking, and strong communication in English & Hindi.

• Knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro) and adaptability to a fast-paced startup.

3. Content Creator Intern
• Ability to edit content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.
• Craft engaging narratives for religious and astrology-based content.
• Basic understanding of Hinduism, pujas, astrology, and temple culture.

Duration: 3 months

Eligibility: Students from all the courses and all years are eligible to apply.
