Roles and responsibilities: 
1. Insurance Advisor
• Interacting with users daily as the face of Ditto Insurance
• Understanding the requirements and recommending policies or features that are best suited for the client.
• Hand holding users in their insurance buying journey.
• Explaining health insurance and term(life) insurance in the language the clients can understand

2. Insurance Advisor - Whatsapp
• Interacting with users daily as the face of Ditto Insurance

• The medium of interaction with customers will be Whatsapp/Chat
