Roles and Responsibilities: 
1. News Curator
• Write, proofread and review news content following the company's News Policy, while ensuring the correct tone, voice, clarity, flow, objectivity and structure of content.
• Gather information, conduct research and focus on the hard-news format.
• Write blurbs, ledes, headlines, and straplines.

2. Copywriter
• Ability to lead the creative thought process while keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations.
• Ensure the correct tone, voice, clarity, flow, and structure of content. 
• Develop original copy for creative deliverables, including but not limited to 
- video scripts, digital, social & print advertising, and brand presentations.

3. People Operations
• Bridge management and employee relations by executing overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Provide administrative support to the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities of an employee

4. Recruiter
• Execute full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role 
• Devising strategies for attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using job sites, etc.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting universities, colleges etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Understanding and executing end to end activities that are required to maintain investment accounts of large multi -million dollar funds.
•Working on proprietary and third-party software designed to cater to private equity and hedge fund clients.
•Preparing all financial statements and ensuring thatsign-offs arein place from various stakeholders of the valuation process.
•Preparing monthly/quarterly financial reporting packages for clients.
•Managing and reviewing capital call and distribution allocations.
