Profile Offered: Associate Corporate Connect

Package: INR 3LPA - 4.2LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Researching organizations to identify new leads within the identified target companies.
• Planning and executing new ways and hooks to reach out to corporates.
• Contacting potential customers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Meeting with first level connects in identified target companies.
• Identifying broad level requirements as per client needs.
• Providing relevant inputs to create solutions & proposals.
• Rigorous follow-up with potential customers.
• Coordinating with the end-to-end hiring process of the client.

Eligibility: Final Year students from all the courses. 

Location: Delhi (Work From Home for now)

Skills Required:
• Strong Communication skills.
• Proactive nature.
• Must have a strong understanding of the B2B market.
• Must have done internships in related fields.

Job Description: Work Integrared Learning Program 2021 (WILP 2021) is a unique learning-integrated program which offers students a chance to build a remarkable career at Wipro, while pursuing their higher education in M. Tech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro.

Stipend:
1st Year: INR 15,488 per month
2nd Year: INR 17,553 per month
3rd Year: INR 19,618 per month
4th Year: INR 23,000 per month

Eligibility: Final Year Students from the following courses-
 • B. Sc. (H) Statistics
 • B. Sc. (H) Computer Science
 • B. Sc. (H) Mathematics

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Process data (Financial/ESG qualitative and quantitative data) and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using CSA guidance.
• Collection, Standardization and validation of data from various documents.
• Deliver on pre-defined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and efficiency.
• Engage with ESG analysts to understand the challenges and suggest solutions.

Other Requirements:
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts. 
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
