Roles and Responsibilities:
•The individual will assist project teams with technical issues in the Initiation and Planning phases of our
standard Project Management Methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling out the solutions.
•Participation in projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to
production staff by performing operations activities within the project life cycle.
•Candidate will get an opportunity to be trained on the job and get direct client exposure.

Package: CTC 3,00,000

Job Type: Work From Office (Currently remote mode)

Location: Delhi NCR

Shift Timings:
Flexibility for Night Shift/European Shift

Interview Process:
•Assessment 1 (Quantitative Aptitude Test-MultiChoice)
•Assessment 2 & 3 (English Language Test- MultiChoice & written)
•Assessment 4 (Group Discussion)
•Final Assessment (Presentation Round) with President/Team Leads

Skills/Requirements:
• Willing to work in rotational shifts / EU / US Shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• English language proficiency (written/oral)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (MS Word/Excel/PPT)
• Preferably from Gurgaon or ready to relocate.

Note:
•There would be a probation period of 6 months
•There is bond of 2.5 years
