Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Development Executive

•Building a highly engaged community and educating members about TravClan.
•Growing the volume of business done by agents through TravClan.
•Ensuring the healthy retention rate of agents.
•Managing the agents' grievances (related to payments, services, etc).
•Maintaining reports for daily & weekly activities. 

2. Finance Associate:

•Interface with the business team & ensure timely preparation of various financial reports.
•End to end responsibility for payables, receivables & various other key business areas.
•Contribute to creating industry-leading financial products.
•Basic accounting/tally data entry work (if required), liaison with tax team for compliance.

Package: INR 4,00,000 per annum

Job Location: Delhi or Gurgaon (Work from home currently)

Eligibility:
1. 80% and above in 10th and 12th 
2. Final year students from all courses

Selection Process:
1. Pre-Placement Talk and Aptitude test
2. Shortlist students based on their resumes.

•Completing all bookings and financial operations-related work.
•Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such
as vouchers, confirmations, etc.
•Ensuring timely payments to suppliers after completing KYC-related documents.
•Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
•Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
•Ensure customer delight.

Package: INR 4,00,000 per annum
