Profile Offered: Customer Support

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Gurugram

CTC: 

• Freshers: INR 18,000 – 22,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: INR 25,000 – 27,000 per month

Probation Period: First 3 months

Profile Offered:  Associate - Business Development

Package: 6 LPA (4.5 LPA fixed + 1.5 LPA variable) 

Roles and Responsibilities: As part of the Business Development Team, you'll speak to students exploring Kraftshala's programs - understanding their goals, tackling their doubts, and helping them make confident career decisions.

• Manage end-to-end placement activities for assigned recruiter accounts, ensuring timelines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Plan and coordinate placement logistics, including interview schedules, assessments, and candidate lists, in collaboration with hiring teams and internal stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters throughout the placement cycle, ensuring proactive communication and timely resolution of queries.

• Track and analyze performance metrics, such as interview conversion rates and recruiter feedback, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
