Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make investors feel comfortable while addressing their queries and explaining the platform.
• Provide clarity on the structure of different assets.
• Handle inbound queries primarily via calls, then WhatsApp or email, and share actionable insights with the Product and Marketing teams.
