Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research for HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and related services, including long-tail and related keywords.
• Maintain and update the website’s target keyword list, monitor rankings, and prepare simple weekly/monthly SEO reports.
• Assist with WordPress website management, including pages, posts, headings, images, URLs, and website content.
• Optimize page titles, headings, meta descriptions, URLs, internal links, and on-page content for SEO.
• Monitor competitors, ranking opportunities, content gaps, and basic website/SEO issues, and suggest improvements.
• Support SEO activities focused on improving the website’s search rankings, particularly for the homepage and key service pages.
• Research SEO-friendly blog topics and search intent, provide keyword/content recommendations, and assist in optimizing existing blogs.

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of SEO, Google search rankings, keywords, search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking.
• Basic working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
• Good research, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with Google Sheets/Docs and maintain organized SEO data and reports.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks consistently, track results, and learn through practical website work.
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
