1) Operations Executive:
• Manage end-to-end insurance operations (onboarding, claims, partner
coordination)
• Build and run internal SOPs that scale with the business
• Handle backend systems, dashboards, and regular reporting
• Coordinate between sales, tech, and customer support teams to close loops
• Identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations
• Be the bridge between strategy and execution

2) Founder’s Office:
• Solve operational bottlenecks by building scrappy, scalable processes.
• Support go-to-market campaigns or growth experiments.
• Coordinate between product, design, marketing, and external partners.
• Conduct customer research, user interviews, or market intelligence.
• Prepare investor updates, internal reports, or strategic presentations.
• Basically, do whatever it takes to make the org better each day.
